We are thrilled to have two skilled and experienced assistants to help us provide top notch legal services.

 

Tory Stewart is a professional paralegal with many years of experience in several areas of law.  She is detail oriented and extremely organized and works hard to keep our office running smoothly.  Angela MacMillan is a professional paralegal with years of experience in criminal defense and family law and knows just what clients need.  

 

Both Ms. Stewart and Ms. MacMillan have in-depth knowledge of the legal system and they work very hard to give our clients the additional support they need.  Our strong team allows us to provide constant, day-to-day and detail-oriented support to keep our clients informed and in good hands.

Nicole T. Dalton is a Washington native and is a resident of the local Southwest Washington area. She completed her undergraduate studies, magna cum laude, at Portland State University, and obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Lewis and Clark School of Law in Portland, Oregon.  

 

Ms. Dalton is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington and is dedicated to providing caring representation and and fiercely defending the liberty and the constitutional rights of her clients.  Ms. Dalton has aggressively defended hundreds of criminal cases and frequently obtained favorable results including pre-trial dismissals, acquittals after jury trial, and negotiated plea bargains for lesser charges or treatment options, minimizing jail and other consequences.  Ms. Dalton has a reputation for being a tough and unflinching opponent with top notch writing skills.  Ms. Dalton frequently drafts and files detailed, painstakingly researched, and cutting edge motions and is not afraid to use her strong research and writing skills to take on the status quo.

Brian J. Parker

Brian J. Parker completed his undergraduate studies, magna cum laude, at Athens State University, obtained his J.D. at the Alabama School of Law and later received an L.L.M.  in International Law from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

 

Mr. Parker makes his home in Southwest Washington, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.  He is dedicated to bringing integrity and compassion to the practice of law as well as providing zealous courtroom representation.  Mr. Parker focuses his practice on family law, guardianships, and other civil matters and has litigated many cases to favorable resolution.  Mr. Parker is a hardworking, tough and tenacious advocate and puts his clients’ needs first.

Our thriving criminal practice provides the variety necessary to successfully find and develop the myriad possible issues and defenses that arise.  Ms. Dalton also enjoys providing help with estate planning and contract drafting.  An active member of several professional organizations, Ms. Dalton has been a conference presenter for the Washington Defender Association.  Ms. Dalton actively pursues continuing education as the law is constantly changing and keeping on top of current case law and statutes is vital to providing exceptional legal representation.  

 

Ms. Dalton has a great deal of experience and perspective based on her many years of experience in the legal field.  Prior to becoming a successful attorney, she worked as a law clerk and legal assistant and was a certified court interpreter in the Oregon and New Mexico courts.  Ms. Dalton is fluent in the Spanish language.

Mr. Parker is a member of several professional organizations and is an active and well-known member of the local bar association.  He has dedicated many hours to pro bono service, giving his time to those in need through family law clinics and as chairman of the Clark County Homeless Court program.

 

Mr. Parker has nearly a decade of experience in the legal field and prior to obtaining his license to practice law, Mr. Parker worked as a law clerk and paralegal, thereby gaining a great deal of perspective and experience in the justice system.
